We are loving the beef you sent us a couple of weeks ago. It is amazing the difference in quality and flavor from the stuff (which we now know is junk) we used to buy in the store. Most of all, it feels really good to know that we are feeding our two boys healthy meat that is supplying their little bodies with what they truly need! We look forward to buying from  you in the future.   Thanks for all of your help. And I am trying to get all my friends to quit buying the meat with junk in it, so hopefully they will all order from your family!

We've had a chance to have a few meals with our delicious grass-fed beef now, and we are so pleased!  The fajitas we made last weekend were superb!  The beef is absolutely delicious...so much "beefier" than grain-fed beef, and the fat that cooks off is nice and clear what there is of it.

I have four children, and I want to feed our children the best that we can, and that means eating meat that has been raised in the way that nature intended.

Thank you so much for your prompt delivery....who knew I would have a 1/4 of a cow in my freezer so fast.  Excitedly I browned a 1 lb of hamburger with some garlic and wine and laid it on a bed of egg noodles.....delish!

We each have four little kids and we were over at my friend's house on Sunday and we all had fajitas for dinner.  This was the first time we had tried the beef.  We loved it!   It was really "beefy"  My husband is really excited about this.  I think he was lukewarm initially, but he remarked earlier this evening just know wonderful the ground beef smelled.

After letting the top sirloin thaw in the refrigerator we broiled it. We were both very happy with the way it came out. As a matter of fact, one end of the steak was a bit thicker than the other and came out less well done than what we normally eat, (medium), but my wife not only ate it she enjoyed the way it tasted. Most other meats she would have spit out.
So we're off to a very good start!


We had been buying our meat from Whole Foods in Sacramento , but if the rest of the meat we ordered is as good as the first was we'll keep ordering from you. Your prices with delivery beats Whole Foods prices without factoring in the gas we use to get there. Plus we feel your meat is every bit as good as what we were getting From Whole Foods.
