Our beef is dry aged, the old fashioned way, at least 21
days for full flavor and tenderness. Each cut is then
hand carved and vacuum packed under USDA inspection.
You can order Lazy 69 Ranch USDA Grass-Fed Beef by the
quarter (88 lbs), half (176 lbs) or whole beef (350
lbs). For those with limited freezer space, we
offer a convenient tenth beef pack (35 lbs)
or individual cuts
by the pound.
