We dry age our natural beef the old fashioned way, for at least 21 days. Each cut is then hand carved and vacuum packed under USDA inspection.

You can order by the quarter, half or whole beef. For those with limited freezer space, we also offer a convenient 1/10 beef pack or individual cuts by the pound. Your order will be shipped directly to your door frozen in a food safe insulated container. Simply tell us when and where you want it delivered!
