We dry age our natural beef the old fashioned way, for at least 21 days. Each cut is then hand carved and vacuum packed under USDA inspection.

Our most popular, economic and convenient package arrangements are listed below. You're also welcome to order individual cuts by the pound. Larger 1/4, 1/2 or whole beef orders may require reservations. Your order will be shipped via UPS frozen in a food safe insulated container. We provide you with tracking and we monitor each order. UPS will have instructions to drop it at your door or usual location and it will be just fine and remain frozen until you unpack it. Simply provide us with your address!

Need Some Organic Pork To Go With Your Beef Package?

Our focus is providing you with unparalleled pastured beef raised humanely that we can all be proud of. So we have asked Llano Seco Rancho, a local family owned ranch, to raise our pork for us. We currently have the following items available and in the future plan on offering you more variety.

We'll include one of each of the following if you choose the beef + pork "buy it now option". If you would like to rearrange the assortment (All bacon, etc.) there's a place to provide us with instructions within the Paypal process.
