We dry age our natural beef the old fashioned way, for at least 21 days. Each cut is then hand carved and vacuum packed under USDA inspection.

Our most popular, economic and convenient package arrangements are listed below. You're also welcome to order individual cuts by the pound. Larger 1/4, 1/2 or whole beef orders may require reservations. Your order will be shipped via UPS frozen in a food safe insulated container. We provide you with tracking and we monitor each order. UPS will have instructions to drop it at your door or usual location and it will be just fine and remain frozen until you unpack it. Simply provide us with your address!
